We produce chocolate bars since 1997 when shyly we exposed to the confectionery market, proposing three references first and five then.
Afterward the spicy ones (first in Italy) and gradually to our broad range of proposal.
Our focus now is certainly to increase our selection with something advanced, not only about the flavor but also on the packaging.
As a matter of fact, our packagings are made with RECYCLED PAPER and our next challenge will be to substitute the first, plastic, wrap with one made of paper.
It's not easy, nor it will be in the future, to find a partner who can follow us, but we will try our best because we truly believe the ambient has to be safeguarded.
Our Biological products line is already wrapped with tinfoil, resulting in a lesser environmental impact.
Our chocolate bars are packed manually, to offer our customers a product completely different from industrial ones.
The package is of 12pcs of a single flavor and the shelf-life of the product starts from 18 months for milk chocolate and 24 for dark chocolate.
Obviously, the "Fruttate" have a shelf-life of 12 months, because we care to offer our customers a product organoleptically perfect.
We suggest a storage temperature between 19°C and 22°C with a maximum humidity of 55%.
It's also important not to expose the products to direct sources of heat or sunlight.

We personally roast the fruit that comes to our laboratory, purchased directly from farmers that are friends before suppliers.
The innovative roaster with hot air functioning wraps the little fruit and roasts it softly without ruining it esthetically, roasting also his "heart",
something that normally does not happen with other machinery such as the infrared roaster (lamp).
These bars are worked when ordered, to guarantee customers the best product ever, freshly roasted fruit that is both most delicious and crunchy.
